An original, innovative and problem-solving oriented brand are looking for a Business Development Executive to sell their products to Care Homes. They are a brand who offer a Mobile Optical service. This is to ensure that residents in care homes always receive the highest quality eye care. They have initiated a program of training for care home staff and management to offer the best service to the care home members, as they truly care. What will you do? *You will be in the office Monday-Friday unless on client meetings. *Most the appointments are made for you, we are looking for a Hunter/Closer to sell the proposition of the amazing service & get the sale over the line. *You will get a Company Car + Fuel Allowance + Laptop/phone.*Territory: Furthest location may be Wales, but it will mainly be the Northwest. *Head Office: Manchester What the role requires:*Focus on sourcing, engaging, and building a pipeline of appointments to win business from new clients (Care homes). *Arranging your own meetings and diary management + using leads set from the SDR team*Create brand awareness in the area, attending conferences and industry events*Research potential customers and generate or follow through sales leads managing pipeline start to finish. *Deliver sales presentations to prospective new clients.*Onboarding Care Homes.*Responsible for delivery of monthly Sales Report against KPIs.*Ensuring maximum revenue opportunities are realised against all accounts.*Prepares own reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information from prospect list.*Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.*Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities to enhance business development strategies.*Provide regular reports on sales pipeline, forecasts, and sales performance against individual targets.*Ensure you and the business are hitting volume and margin targets*Undertake other duties as necessary to the role This role is not working from home, we are looking for someone quite entrepreneurial who can take on this role as if it is their own business! You will be involved, present and could be the one heading up the Sales Team in the future as the business grows!
