Area to be covered: North (Birmingham up - focus along the M62)Remuneration: £50,000-£55,000 + 20% bonusBenefits: Hybrid car or £450 per month allowance, Pension, Life Insurance and Healthcare The role of the Business Development Manager - Timber Frame will involve:

  • Field sales position promoting a high quality timber frame system
  • Focusing on developers, affordable housing and commercial sector
  • All of your time will be spent selling to housebuilders, private developers, housing associations, local authorities, main contractors and architects
  • Once up and running will be targeted to turnover circa £5m+
  • Majority of your time will be focused on generating new business
  • Liaising with internal technical, design, contracts managers and operations to ensure projects are secured

The ideal applicant will be Business Development Manager - Timber Frame with:

  • Must have timber frame sales experience
  • May consider associated systems such as: structural building solutions, structural steel, steel buildings, modular buildings or related structural building/ building envelope systems
  • Must have dealt with housebuilders, private developers, housing associations, local authorities, main contractors and architects
  • Self-motivated and driven with strong planned approach to delivery
  • Able to generate new business relationships within a territory with huge potential
  • Resilient, driven, self motivated and ambitious personality
