Area to be covered: Midlands & North

Remuneration: up to £50,000 + circa £10,000 uncapped commissionBenefits: £500 car allowance ideally but can offer a company car + benefits package The role of the Business Development Manager - Timber Frame, Flooring & Roofing Products will involve:

  • Field sales position selling a range of timber frame, flooring and roofing products
  • All of your time selling to regional & national builders, developers, contractors, self-builder and builder merchants such as: MKM & James Burrell
  • Turnover target £1m+
  • Majority of your time will be spent generating new business however will be given some existing accounts
  • Ideally based Midlands or North East

The ideal applicant will be an Business Development Manager - Timber Frame, Flooring & Roofing Products with:

  • Must have field sales experience in the timber industry
  • Sold to regional & national builders, developers, contractors, self-builder and builder merchants (open to all route to market)
  • Ideally timber frame however not essential
  • Driven and enthusiastic
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Efficient territorial planning skills
