  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Customer Expansion: Focus on expanding the customer base around core products.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with regional sales managers and support staff to enhance sales strategies.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently exceed annual sales targets in your region.
  • Sustainable Growth: Partner with various business units to create effective growth strategies.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on market trends and provide valuable feedback to product and technology teams.
  • Industry Representation: Represent the business at major industry events and conferences.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a technical business development manager or in a similar role.
  • Fluent in German, with excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
  • Ability to explain and advise on technology, with a good understanding of networked computer systems.
  • Experience in the security solutions market is advantageous.
  • Consultative approach to complex projects.
  • Experience in European sales and account management

The Role Offers:
