Business Development Manager

Our client in the Tech sector is looking for their next Business Development Manager to join their fast-growing team based in Manchester.

Working fully onsite Monday - Friday, offering a very competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 plus a excellent commission structure.

The Business Development Manager will identify new business opportunities by building key relationships, negotiate and close deals as well as being responsible for developing growth strategies.

Responsibilities as a Business Development Manager:

  • Generate new leads, converting them into active accounts
  • Outbound calling to new potential clients
  • Build your own accounts to account manage and solutions/projects to present to clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Creating meetings and follow up on any new business
  • Reaching out to potential customers, providing them with the necessary documents.
  • Inputting of data using the necessary systems and any general administration duties

Requirements as a Business Development Manager:

  • Sales, Business Development, and Account Management skills
  • Experience in outbound calling is preferred
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Market research and analysis skills
  • Experience in networking or technology industry is preferred
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • A full UK driving license is preferred but not essential
