We are working with a national business compliance company that offers expert advice on HR, Employment Law and Health & Safety to business owners across the UK. As a group, they are the global leader in HR consultancy and software with over 130,000 Group clients worldwide.

They are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to join their busy sales team, offering a four-week training programme and a huge range of benefits to the successful candidates.About the job:

In this role you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities for the company, by working with the Telemarketing and Services teams. You will be developing new business from scratch, identifying your potential target market, closing sales opportunities and more.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Developing new business for the company

  • Attending sales appointments booked by your telemarketing partner

You

  • Previous experience in a field based B2B sales role using a consultative selling approach is essential

  • Resilient, confident and tenacious with an engaging personality
  • Confidence and professionalism
