Unique brand of luxury hand-picked self-catering properties are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team covering the North of England. Based remotely you will support the companies portfolio growth plans. Promoting the brand you will identify and recruit new owners and properties for the business. This is a Mon-Friday role, with uncapped commission and other great incentives.

Key duties:

* To have, and to maintain knowledge of the UK holiday market with the emphasis on the luxury self-catering sector.* Identify opportunities that match the brand that would complement the current portfolio.* Identify individual properties and collections of properties, which would be suitable to add to our current portfolio.* Develop a strong reputation within the region to encourage referrals from estate agents and local networks. * Research prospects thoroughly, using appropriate resources, such as press, internet and relevant industry contacts in a structured manner.* Attend relevant networking and industry events to identify new prospects.* Work with the property owners and the relevant departments to put together bespoke Operational Management Agreements for new locations and/or individual property contracts.* Be the main point of contact between Owners and the brand during negotiations until handover to an alternative team - Concierge or Operations.* Grow the property portfolio by optimising the conversion of all leads, both self-generated and inbound enquiries.

Experience required:The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, property and the leisure travel industryA great understanding and experience of homeowner recruitment within the luxury self-catering marketBusiness development experience or a pro-active sales background in a related industryGreat organisation skills & motivation is key. You should be able to work both independently and also in a team environment.

The Package:In return for your hard work, an excellent basic salary is offered in the region of £26k pa dependent on experience, along with various company benefits.
