Are you an aspiring Business Development Manager coming from an umbrella, recruitment or sales background, looking for a fully remote role and a competitive commission structure working within a tight-knit team for a growing company providing payroll solutions for contractors, agencies and clients across the UK?

This fast-growing company provide payroll umbrella solutions for contractors, agencies and businesses across the UK and are looking for Business Development Managers to join their friendly team.

This varied role will see you build new and existing relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, monitoring market trends and working with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. You will receive training and work independently on a fully remote basis.

This exciting role would suit an aspiring Business Development Manager with experience working in umbrella payroll, recruitment or contractor solutions, able to work independently and is able to work in a fully remote position.

The Role:

  • Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 (Flexible)
  • Fully remote
  • Build new and existing relationships with clients
  • Research and identify potential clients
  • Deliver effective sales presentations
  • Ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction
