The Opportunity:

As a Sales & Business Development Representative, you will be the face of their premium hemp bedding brands in the UK (Birmingham to Manchester) and across Europe (Switzerland, Germany, Netherlands, Denmark, France). You will play a key role in building strong relationships with wholesalers, distributors, and end-users, driving sales and expanding their market presence.

Your Mission:

  • Sales & Account Management: Track sales performance, manage customer orders, and communicate price adjustments.
  • Payment Management: Monitor payment delays and ensure timely collection.
  • Product Education & Trials: Conduct product demonstrations, educate customers on the benefits of their hemp bedding, and oversee trial programs.
  • Business Development: Prospect for new wholesalers, distributors, and end-users.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Establish partnerships and sponsorships to increase brand visibility and market penetration.
  • Marketing Support: Participate in marketing activities and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Educated to degree level
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Fluency in French is a plus)
  • Knowledge of the equestrian industry in some capacity is essential
  • Ability to travel frequently (at least one week per month outside of the UK)
  • Valid driver's licence
