Business Development Manager – £35,000.00-£45,000.00 + Bonus SchemeMedia City, Manchester (50% Travel)

The Role

Do you thrive in a consultative sales environment, creating tailored solutions for clients? Are you experienced in the audio-visual or digital signage industries, particularly within the cinema and leisure sectors?

Saturn Visual Solutions, founded over 25 years ago serving the cinema, leisure, transport and retail industries and transforming audience/customer engagement is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and grow key accounts within the cinema and leisure industries.
  • Develop tailored solutions by understanding clients’ unique challenges and goals.
  • Build new partnerships through networking, expos, and industry events.
  • Work with internal teams, including designers and solutions architects, to create bespoke solutions.
  • Respond effectively to RFPs, ensuring solutions align with industry trends and client needs.
  • Identify new opportunities while maximising potential with existing clients.
  • Maintain the CRM system with accurate pipeline, reporting, and quotation data.
  • Travel nationally as required to meet clients and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing.
  • Collaborate with business owners to suggest growth strategies.
  • Use your expertise in sales techniques, including leveraging testimonials and case studies, to secure business.

  • Holds a valid driving licence and is willing to travel (up to 50%).
