Due to an exciting growth phase an opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager, to generate significant sales growth within major end users.

- Multimillion pound turnover business providing PPE into numerous industries.
- Designing and manufacturing of market leading products worldwide.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- The Business Development Manager will be responsible for lead identification and working with key distribution partners to secure specifications and drive growth.
- Identifying and hunting prospects within primary markets, whilst working closely with the marketing department.
- Prospecting and building a robust sales pipeline, developing leads into closed sales.
- Building relationships with end users, key stakeholders, H&S Managers, Purchasing, Unions etc.
- Ensuring existing accounts and business is managed and maintained.
- Managing own diary, attending client meetings.
- Analysing market conditions and competitors.
Experience & Skills needed:
- Experience within a similar sales role, understanding sales processes and methodologies.
- Strong negotiation and relationship building skills.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Analytical approach.
- Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
