About the Role:We are a leading telecoms company, looking for an ambitious and driven Business Development Manager (internal) to join our sales team based in Manchester City Centre- this is a fully office based role. This role focuses on closing warm leads provided to you by your own lead generation team, along with extensive makreting campaigns that also generate leads for you. You will driving growth across the hosted telecoms space, including leased lines, VOIP, connectivity and broadband solutions plus much, much more!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and close warm inbound leads in the telecoms sector
  • Providing complex quotations
  • Focus on sales within the hosted space, including leased lines, VOIP, and broadband products.
  • Engage with clients to understand their business needs and offer tailored telecom solutions.
  • Always ensure you are upto date with the relevant solutions and changes to the industry.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth sales processes and client satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the business.
  • Maintain a pipeline of leads and track performance.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales environment- HOSTED TELECOMS EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL
  • Strong ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of telecoms products (leased lines, VOIP, broadband)
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and confident in managing warm leads.
