Key Role Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Manager (Hardware Sales), the successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth through proactive sales efforts. Key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities to expand the Reseller and D2B customer base
- Leveraging experience in sales and account management to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Utilising technical sales expertise to understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable IT hardware solutions
- Maintaining and strengthening existing client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Preparing and presenting periodic sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to the Hardware Sales Director
Key Attributes Required:
The ideal candidate will be an ambitious and proactive sales professional with a strong background in hardware sales. To succeed in this role, they should demonstrate:
- At least three years of experience in refurbished hardware sales and account management
- A proven track record of success in tech sales
- An established customer list, which will be highly advantageous
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with various sales software and tools
- A highly motivated and results-driven attitude with the ability to exceed sales targets
- Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple client accounts effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to foster long-term partnerships
