Business Development Manager – Packaging SolutionsSalary: £50,000 - £65,000Benefits: Health care, life insurance (4x salary), 4% pension, hybrid car, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, expenses covered, plus opportunities to grow within the business. Location: Manchester (Hybrid)

The Role:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with distributors/end users
  • Utilise market data to build a pipeline.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyse market position, profitability and competitive impact
  • Provide tailored packaging solutions to meet customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.

About You:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales within the packaging or related sectors.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Be able to manage and nurture a small customer portfolio.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
