Fantastic opportunity for experienced Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives focusing on expanding professional services within the SME sector. With responsibilities covering both new business development and organic growth through cross-selling to a robust base of over 200 existing clients, this role is vital in driving business forward.

The successful candidate will develop strategies aimed at delivering new business for my clients Accountancy, HR, and IT teams while also fostering long-term relationships with SME clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Design and execute growth strategies to achieve business objectives for the Accountancy, HR, and IT service lines.
  • New Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the SME sector, leveraging industry knowledge to target potential clients.
  • Cross-Selling: Work closely with existing clients to maximize cross-selling opportunities across service offerings, driving revenue growth organically.
  • Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in targeted SMEs to expand service offerings.
  • Tangible Growth Plans: Translate business growth targets into actionable and successful plans that deliver measurable results.
