Bridging Finance

£40-60k

A Senior BDM or Sales Manager is needed, by a long-standing bridging and development finance lender, based in the NW.

You will be working primarily from an office, with travel to brokers and industry events a must.

The company is going from strength to strength, with last year seeing the lender's highest ever turnover and this year looks to top that!

With an excellent name in the market, you will be join a stable heavyweight in the bridging industry.

From the office, you will be managing clients across the UK. You will demonstrate a previous history in nurturing a client book of brokers and will have a great reputation in the market.

It is imperative that you are a team- player, as you will be influential within the office, in terms of culture and sales strategies. Previous team-leading experience is a bonus, but not essential.

Candidates should have experience of specialist lending/strong relationships with brokers and good experience of sales and presentations.
