Role:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day of the company's Contact Centre Sales through the carrier partnership
  • Develop a thorough understanding of what separates the business from their competitors, key sales methodologies and processes
  • Develop and expand seller relationships within the service provider
  • Create strategy for driving sellers within the service provider, to create qualified pipeline opportunities
  • Drive requirements and develop sales tools and materials
  • Work with internal, cross-functional teams to assist with customer implementation
  • As you progress and develop, own a sales portfolio on an end to end basis - from prospecting, to closing, running meetings and presentations and more

  • Ideally you will be degree educated
