- Leading the onboarding process for new clients and gathering all necessary documentation.
- Developing existing client relationships to expand and strengthen your portfolio.
- Acting as the dedicated contact for all client interactions.
- Ensuring all data is correctly recorded and updated in CRM platforms.
- Managing daily client communications with a professional and solution-focused approach.
- Coordinating health and safety assessments where appropriate.
- A minimum of three years’ experience in a similar client-facing position within the finance industry.
- Ideally holding or working towards a CII Level 4 Diploma qualification.
- A solid understanding of commercial practices.
- Exposure to HR or health and safety services would be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
- Highly organised with a meticulous approach to detail.
- Confident using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for professional development.
- Base salary up to £50,000 + performance-based bonus – with realistic OTE around £80,000.
