Client Relationship Manager 

Location: Manchester, Leeds, or Birmingham

My client, a prestigious global law firm renowned for delivering exceptional legal services and innovative solutions to clients worldwide are looking for a talented and driven Client Relationship Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of strategically important global clients in the financial services sector. This role can be based in either Manchester, Leeds, or Birmingham and offers an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Client Relationship Partners globally to create robust client plans with clear outcomes and objectives. Drive work-winning strategies and initiatives for assigned clients.
  • Take ownership of the client feedback strategy, share findings with internal stakeholders, and identify areas for improvement. Celebrate successes and implement enhancements based on feedback.
  • Work with internal teams to provide bespoke reports, management information, technology solutions, and value-add initiatives for clients. Share client and sector insights and knowledge with key internal stakeholders across jurisdictions.
  • Build collaborative relationships at all levels within the client portfolio to enable proactive opportunity spotting. Drive best practices and ensure a consultative approach in all interactions.
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance client relationships, leveraging a deep understanding of the financial services sector and global market trends.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a client relationship, key account, client development, or business development role, ideally within a law firm or professional services sector.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence stakeholders. Strong commercial understanding and the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with global teams and understand international business dynamics.
  • Proactive and consultative approach to client management, with a focus on building long-term, strategic relationships.
  • Able to work collaboratively with internal teams and clients, driving best practices and sharing insights across jurisdictions.
