The primary focus of the Client Relationship Manager role is to drive significant revenue from existing key customers within the UK (80%). Account Management

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through their adoption journey
  • Manage clients within key accounts to discuss current deployment, aims and objectives
  • Monitor, refresh or extension opportunities with existing customers
  • Collate information on any additional or new requirements
  • Arrange and attend meetings between all relevant customer stakeholders and the Key Account Director.

Sales Reporting

  • Forecast with accuracy on all opportunities within assigned territory

Key Competencies of an Account Manager

Essential

  • Two years experience in client relationship management

  • Proven ability to build relationships and credibility at a strategic level
  • Sales skills including objection handling, open questioning, closing and deep account mapping
  • Experience engaging with stakeholders at all levels
