Client Solution Specialist-Building Management System

We have an opportunity for a Client Solution Specialist to join us at Honeywell. As a Client Solution Specialist professional here at Honeywell Building Solutions you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for our BMS products and solutions. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales process. You will report directly to our Service Business Leader and will be based in the UK Scotland and North East Region covering Yorkshire, North East England and Scotland, with a combination of on-site circa (70%) and remote work circa (30%). In this role, you will have a direct impact on the success of our business by driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and promoting the adoption of our innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UK, North East & Scotland Region covering the Geographical area Yorkshire, Northeast of England and Scotland specifically: RQ & Service Project Opportunities outside of the existing customer base and Identify & support sales of service contracts to new customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver compelling sales proposals
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers & internal colleagues throughout the sales process
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and developments to effectively position our products and solutions

Must-Have Skills

  • Proven experience in technical sales or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of Building Management Systems products and solutions
  • Experience in the building management systems industry
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
