As part of this exciting growth, they are now looking for a Commercial Pricing Manager to join their dynamic team.

The Role:As the Commercial Pricing Manager, you will be pivotal in developing and implementing strategic pricing models that support the company's international growth. This is a high-impact role that requires both strategic thinking and technical expertise, with a key focus on driving profitability through competitive and data-driven pricing decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage pricing strategies for new and existing products across multiple international markets.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including the sales team, finance, and product teams, to ensure alignment on pricing models and business objectives.
  • Analyse market trends, customer data, and competitor pricing to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Utilise advanced Excel and Power BI to create reports, dashboards, and pricing models that support data-driven decision-making.
  • Drive improvements in pricing processes and systems, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and scalability across all markets.
  • Provide support and guidance to the sales team on pricing queries and negotiations.
  • Lead pricing analysis for new business opportunities, ensuring pricing structures align with the company's commercial strategy.
  • Regularly review and optimise pricing strategies in response to changes in the market, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong experience in pricing management, preferably in a Retail or B2B environment, with a proven ability to manage complex pricing models.
  • Highly proficient in Excel, with experience in advanced functions (e.g. pivot tables, v-lookups) and financial modelling.
  • Experience with Power BI or other data visualisation tools is essential.
  • Strong strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly in working with internal teams such as sales, finance, and marketing.
  • Experience in managing and analysing pricing data at a global scale, with an understanding of regional pricing nuances and market dynamics.
  • Ability to balance strategic goals with operational requirements and make decisions in a fast-paced, growing environment.
  • Experience with ERP or pricing software systems is a plus.
