The Role:As a contracts sales manager for this company, you will be responsible for winning business within the new build and refurb sector. You will be liaising with architects, designers, engineering houses and selling the company's products and install services into end users like universities & research facilities as well as the appointed project main contractors. You will ideally be based anywhere in the north of the country and will have the drive and determination to make a success of this superb opportunity.

The Candidate:The successful candidate needs to be a real strong construction sales professional with bags of personality and drive to get the job done. We are looking for someone that has strong business acumen and is a real hard worker that wants progression. You need to be someone that enjoys spinning lots of plates and is happy to get their hands dirty when needed.

  • Problem solving skills
  • Contracts management and sales experience
  • Experience with design, bill of materials and general construction projects

The Package:

  • £50,000 - £60,000 Basic Salary
