We are looking for a Strategic New Business Hunter, with the ambition and energy to break into large organisations and is comfortable operating and negotiating at a senior level. You will have experience selling complex B2B services, often these services will be delivered to multiple sites, and you can manage and analyse detailed bids and tender submissions. This opportunity would suit either an already established national new business developer or someone who is looking to take that step from a regional role into a larger opportunity. It is crucial you are a comfortable and confident sales professional, always looking for opportunities and ways to grow and increase revenue.

You will be able to operate in a high-performance culture, supported by your senior leadership team and work collaboratively with your peers to stay ahead of competition in the marketplace. Successful individuals can strategically engineer solutions with unique compelling value while setting an agenda that disadvantages or eliminates competitors. This includes establishing conversations with meaningful depth around a client’s industry, business challenges, as well as opportunities for their company’s future needs.

What will make you stand out?
  • Demonstrated history and experience working in the B2B sales market, ideally in a service industry
  • A track record of growing sales and a passion for new business
  • It would be seen as advantageous to have some experience selling onto framework agreements
  • A track record of successfully achieving targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
  • Strong IT literacy skills including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and work independently.
