THE CRM CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGER ROLE:

  • Oversee the global CRM from a marketing perspective.
  • Plan and manage outbound marketing journeys.
  • Develop and test automated customer journeys.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing manager.
  • Create, launch, and optimise multilingual customer communications.
  • Analyse customer data to build effective audience segments.
  • Develop customer funnels to improve conversion rates.
  • Design campaigns tailored to different stages of the customer lifecycle.

CRM CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGER ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • Using CRM tools (Dynamics 365)
