An exciting opportunity for an experienced CRM Manager, for a global group of companies based in Greater Manchester. This role will play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement, business growth, and customer loyalty, and will be within an established Digital Marketing team.

The company is a globally recognised, group of manufacturing and production companies. The company has a diverse range of customers across Europe, and a central marketing function based in Manchester.

Description

The responsibilities for the CRM Manager - Hybrid Working role will include:

  • Utilizing the company's in-house CRM system - built off Dynamics365, to manage and optimize campaigns drive customer engagement.
  • Develop and implement robust customer retention strategies.
  • Create automated customer journeys.
  • Monitor and report on CRM performance and customer engagement metrics.
  • Running regular A / B testing campaigns to optimize performance of campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance customer experience.
  • Ensure data compliance and security across all CRM activities.
  • Identify opportunities for CRM system enhancements, including incorporating AI software to improve efficiency and performance - working closely with IT support teams on software development opportunities.
  • Train staff on CRM usage and best practices - being the go-to CRM person across the business.
  • Work closely with various departments to ensure CRM objectives align with overall company goals.

Profile

For the CRM Manager - Hybrid Working role, applicants should have:

  • Minimum 2+ years experience in a CRM focused digital marketing role.
  • Experience with Dynamics365 is ideal, but other CRM platform experience will be considered.
  • Experience within a B2B marketing setting is desirable, but not central.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret CRM data and market trends.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with various teams.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • A curious mindset on continuous technology developments within the digital marketing team.
  • Knowledge of data protection legislation and CRM system compliance.
  • Strong leadership skills to guide and train staff on CRM usage.
