This role is crucial to developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers while driving business growth and ensuring project success.As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing commercial relationships, managing multiple live projects, and supporting the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives. You will also oversee customer accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business targets.Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage live projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Actively seek out new business opportunities within the golf and leisure sector.
  • Work closely with leadership to develop and implement strategies for growth.
  • Monitor and achieve KPIs and sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct site visits to maintain and strengthen customer relations.
  • Oversee customer accounts, including invoicing and cash flow, in collaboration with the finance team.
  • Represent the company professionally, ensuring a high standard of customer service at all times.
