Main duties:To be leading a team of customer service representatives and working closely with internal teams to guarantee that our clients always receive the best possible service.

The Role:- To oversee the daily functions of the customer service department- To ensure efficient handling of customer inquiries, order entry, and timely resolution of issues, and adherence to service standards- To coordinate and oversee the efficient distribution and timely updates of new price lists, ensuring seamless communication both internally and externally- To coordinate with carriers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products- To effectively manage credit control processes, it is imperative to provide robust support for activities such as order release and backorder management- To assist the Head of Sales in effectively managing key accounts and addressing their daily requirements- To keep track of back orders and monitor sales orders to effectively manage inventory- To create an environment which encourages ownership, responsibility and accountabilityThe Candidate:- Experience in leading the team- Proactive in ensuring the team/customer has a positive outcome at all times- Skilled at establishing strong relationships at every level- Strong multitasking abilities, excels in prioritization, pays keen attention to detail, and adeptly handles a diverse range of tasks - Ability to address product availability issues before they impact the customer- Understand and learn new products as they are released for sale- Self-motivated attitude, conscientious and excellent personal discipline- Computer literate MS Excel knowledge is essential- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills - Confident, proactive & dynamic
