Are you an innovative Demand Generation Manager looking for an exciting opportunity in the fast-paced world of cybersecurity? We are seeking a passionate professional to join our clients dynamic Marketing team, where you'll play a key role in driving demand for our services through diverse marketing channels, especially paid campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Execute paid search, paid social, and programmatic display campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and LinkedIn.
  • Create and optimise ad campaigns, including ad copy and creative testing.
  • Effectively segment and target audiences to maximise campaign impact.
  • Manage daily digital marketing operations and optimize campaign performance metrics.
  • Enhance landing pages and lead capture forms to improve conversion rates.
  • Allocate budgets wisely across campaigns to maximise ROI.
  • Create nurture and upsell programs to convert leads and expand existing customer accounts.
  • Oversee email marketing programs, focusing on copy optimisation and audience segmentation.
  • Manage social media channels and develop performance KPIs.
  • Collaborate with team experts to ensure accurate and insightful campaigns.
  • Produce regular performance reports and conduct competitor analysis.
  • Stay updated on demand generation trends and best practices.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 3+ years of experience, particularly with paid channels like Google Ads and LinkedIn.
  • Proven ability to drive leads and revenue through multi-channel marketing.
  • Extensive experience in creative campaign development and execution across various digital platforms.
  • Degree-educated or equivalent; cybersecurity experience is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data for decision-making.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, particularly HubSpot, is advantageous.
  • A creative mindset with a passion for innovation and improvement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Adobe applications (InDesign, Photoshop) is a plus.
