Day to Day Responsibilities in the Position of Director of eCommerce & Marketing Include:* Strategic Leadership: Work closely with the Board to develop and refine the company's eCommerce and multi-channel strategy, driving brand growth both online and offline.* Growth & Scaling: Lead the expansion of the online business, setting and achieving ambitious growth targets to transform the brand into a leading omnichannel player.* P&L Accountability: Oversee the online P&L, ensuring all key financial metrics-traffic, conversion rates, AOV, customer acquisition, and retention-are achieved.* Performance Marketing: Direct paid search, affiliate marketing, and social media campaigns to meet CPA and ROAS targets while exploring new customer acquisition opportunities.* Customer Engagement: Lead the email marketing strategy to enhance customer retention, drive lifetime value, and boost email-driven revenue.* Seamless Multi-Channel Experience: Collaborate with retail teams to ensure a consistent and engaging brand experience across both physical and digital touchpoints.* Website Optimization: Drive ongoing improvements to the website's UX, conversion rates, product merchandising, and search functions to enhance the customer's online experience.* Operational Excellence: Partner with the customer service and operations teams to meet key performance SLAs and ensure a smooth end-to-end customer journey.To be considered for the position of Director of eCommerce and Marketing, you will offer the following:* A proven track record in rapidly scaling an eCommerce operation within a fast-moving, growth-focused environment.* A deep understanding of delivering seamless, multi-channel customer experiences, with an ability to analyse and respond to customer behaviour and trends.* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data insights for decision-making, growth identification, and strategy refinement.* A demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams, setting clear goals, and promoting a culture of accountability and collaboration.* Willingness to be involved in day-to-day execution while maintaining a strategic outlook and driving key business outcomes.* Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, capable of working closely with senior leadership and ensuring alignment on major business initiatives.
