E-Commerce Executive

Occasion Wear For Kids are looking for an Ecommerce Executive to join their rapidly growing team.

This is an exciting role for a children wear company that will allow you to grow along with the business and at the same time enjoy the great nature and environment of the clothing industry.

THE ROLE

Providing excellent customer service by replying to customer emails and answering phone calls

Liaise with picking/packing team with orders going out

Listing new products and updating existing products across the company platforms

Assist with customer returns

Update Stock inventory across selling platforms

Potential to work on Social media platforms

We are Looking for someone who will be hard working, responsible, and reliable, with a focus on detail. Ideal candidate will have excellent computer skills, with a willingness and desire to learn.

We are a small team and due to expansion, we now require a bright and proactive Ecommerce assistant to assist in the growth of our business. This role is your chance to join a rapidly expanding business as we grow and move into new markets. Experience required:

Previous experience in an E commerce role would be helpful

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Experience of working in an office based customer service or sales environment

Good problem solving skills

A great understanding of e-commerce concepts and practices

Excellent Excel skills Good knowledge of the internet and good keyboard skills
