About Us:
LYDC London Ltd is a rapidly growing fashion and homeware retailer in the UK. We are looking for a talented and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing e-commerce marketplaces, with a strong focus on Amazon operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee daily operations of our e-commerce channels, with a primary focus on Amazon (Seller Central and/or Vendor Central).
  • Conduct product selection by researching market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to identify new product opportunities and expand the product portfolio.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive online sales and maximize revenue on e-commerce platforms.
  • Optimize product listings, including title, description, keywords, images, and other relevant content to improve visibility and conversion rates.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics (sales, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) and adjust strategies to achieve growth targets.
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure optimal stock availability.
  • Plan and execute Amazon advertising campaigns (PPC, display ads, etc.) and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and maintain a high customer satisfaction rating.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns to boost traffic and conversions.
  • Stay updated on the latest marketplace changes, trends, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management, specifically on Amazon (experience with other marketplaces is a plus).
  • Experience with products selection.
  • Proven track record of growing sales and managing product portfolios on Amazon.
  • Deep understanding of Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central, FBA, and Amazon's algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Experience with Amazon advertising (PPC, AMS) and promotions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management skills with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in e-commerce tools and software, such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal both for Chinese and English.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with SEO strategies and tools for e-commerce.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
