Description
- Develop and implement the ecommerce strategy to drive online sales and brand visibility.
- Analyse performance metrics and optimise campaigns to maximise ROI.
- Work closely with the marketing and agency teams to create engaging content for the company website and social media platforms.
- Manage online product catalogues and ensure all content is up to date and SEO optimised.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation of online sales channels.
- Stay abreast of latest ecommerce trends and apply best practices.
- Monitor competitors' activities and propose necessary actions.
- Provide reports on sales performance and insights to senior management.
Profile
A successful Ecommerce Executive should have:
