WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

We're seeking a data-driven and innovative eCommerce Reporting Marketing Manager to drive business growth and improving home renewal rates. You'll identify and optimise underperforming website pages using data insights and customer feedback, implementing strategies like A/B testing, personalisation, and SEO to boost conversions and enhance the user experience. Success in this role will require close collaboration with the Product, Design, Development, and Marketing teams to align website improvements with business goals and drive customer retention.

Additionally, you'll lead and manage an affiliate marketing program to expand market reach and generate incremental revenue through strong partner relationships.

You'll also play a key role in increasing site traffic by working closely with the Marketing Campaigns Manager on targeted campaigns and aligning content improvements with the Content Marketing Manager.

ECOMMERCE REPORTING MARKETING MANAGER - ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Experience improving customer retention rates
  • Website optimisation tactics - A/B Testing, SEO, CRO
  • Data Driven decision making approach with experience using Google Analytics, Hotjar, CMS
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, user behaviour and conversion funnels
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS or UX
