Email Marketing Manager Role

Salary - Up To 45k

Location - Manchester City Centre (Hybrid)

As an Email Marketing Manager, you'll be at the centre of our marketing efforts, responsible for designing and executing email marketing campaigns that engage our customers, enhance conversions and ultimately drive growth. Working closely with the technical, operations, client care and marketing teams, you'll use HubSpot to develop targeted campaigns, segment audiences, and analyse performance to optimise our email strategy. Your role will be crucial in building a strong email marketing foundation that enhances customer engagement and supports the success of our direct marketing approach.

Key Responsibilities

? Manage and execute email marketing campaigns from end to end, using HubSpot as the primary tool.

? Work with key stakeholders across tech, operations, client care and marketing to gather campaign requirements and translate them into effective email campaigns.

? Build and optimise email workflows, ensuring accurate audience segmentation and personalisation.

? Continuously test and analyse email performance, providing insights and recommendations for improving open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

? Stay up-to-date with email marketing best practices, including compliance with GDPR and other regulations.

? Collaborate with the design team to create engaging, on-brand email templates.

? Contribute to the broader digital marketing strategy, ensuring email marketing aligns with other initiatives.
