The Field Sales Executive position offers a basic salary of £25,000 plus uncapped commission, with an overall realistic OTE of £32,000.

Field Sales Executive

Candidates for the Field Sales Executive role MUST have a driving license and their own vehicle.

They have an opportunity for an ambitious and outgoing individual to join their field sales team, working door to door sales selling services to residential customers face to face. You will be offering exceptional customer service at all times, closing sales and working toward and achieving set targets.

The ideal Field Sales Executive will need to be/have:

• Self-motivated and target-driven

• Ability to overcome objections.

• Confident to have a conversation with anyone on their doorstep.

• Happy to work in all weathers.

• Resilient in the face of rejection

• Able to work for 37.5 hours per week (flexible with this)

• A valid driving license and vehicle

• Sales experience desirable but not essential
