An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of CRM to join a dynamic and growing company on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

The Role

As Head of CRM, you will play a key role as part of the senior management team, overseeing the strategic direction of customer relationship management. Leading a small team of two direct reports, you will focus on driving customer acquisition strategies and managing all traditional retention and reactivation campaigns. A key part of your role will involve enhancing the subscription side of the business while ensuring a seamless journey for new and existing customers.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone passionate about CRM strategy who thrives in a fast-paced, direct-to-consumer (D2C) environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy to drive customer acquisitions, retention, and reactivation.
  • Oversee subscription management and work to grow the subscription base through data-driven insights and campaigns.
  • Lead and mentor a small team, ensuring delivery of CRM objectives and best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to align CRM activities with overall company goals.
  • Analyze and optimize customer journeys, using CRM tools to create personalized and effective touchpoints.
Your Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience in creating and executing CRM strategies at a senior level.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and platforms, with a strong understanding of their functionalities.
  • A solid track record in D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) environments - this is essential.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams and levels.
