Key Responsibilities:

- Promotional Strategy: Develop and implement effective promotional strategies across various channels to drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximise sales.
- SEO Optimisation: Optimise website content and structure to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
- CRM and CRO: Implement and manage CRM and CRO strategies to enhance customer retention, loyalty, and overall website experience.
- Site Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of the brand's websites, ensuring smooth operations and optimal performance.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify industry trends, best practices, and potential opportunities.
