Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse website performance using web analytics tools to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Promotional Strategy: Develop and implement effective promotional strategies across various channels to drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximise sales.
  • SEO Optimisation: Optimise website content and structure to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
  • CRM and CRO: Implement and manage CRM and CRO strategies to enhance customer retention, loyalty, and overall website experience.
  • Site Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of the brand's websites, ensuring smooth operations and optimal performance.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify industry trends, best practices, and potential opportunities.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably within the fashion industry.
  • Strong understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Shopify).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail.
