The Role:As Head of Ecommerce, you will drive growth, conversion, and digital performance across multiple brands, taking full ownership of the ecommerce roadmap, user experience, and customer journey. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ecommerce strategy - overseeing and optimising Shopify Plus websites, ensuring best-in-class user experience, conversion rate optimisation, and site performance
  • Digital growth - leading SEO, PPC, paid social, CRM, and email marketing strategies to maximise return on ad spend
  • Team leadership - managing and mentoring an in-house team of six, fostering a high-performance, data-driven culture
  • Menswear expertise - understanding the nuances of the menswear market, customer behaviour, and seasonal trading patterns
  • Multi-brand management - running tailored ecommerce strategies for multiple menswear brands, ensuring brand positioning and audience alignment
  • Data and performance - analysing key performance indicators, conversion rates, average order value, and return on ad spend, driving continuous improvement through data-driven decisions
  • End-to-end ownership - managing the entire ecommerce funnel, from acquisition to retention, optimising customer lifetime value

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience as a Head of Ecommerce, or a Senior Ecommerce Manager ready to take the next step
  • Expertise in Shopify Plus, with experience managing large-scale Shopify Plus stores
  • Background in menswear, with an understanding of retail trends and customer behaviour
  • Strong performance marketing experience, including PPC, paid social, SEO, CRM, and conversion rate optimisation
  • A strategic leader with a hands-on, data-driven approach to problem-solving
  • Experience managing and developing in-house teams, fostering innovation and collaboration
