Their brand identity is woven into everything they do, and they’re now looking for a dynamic Influencer & Partnerships Manager to drive their next phase of growth.
This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes influencer culture, with a keen eye for content, commercial impact, and the ability to cultivate strong relationships across agencies, talent managers, and content creators. Reporting into the Marketing Director, you’ll take ownership of a multi-million-pound budget, ensuring influencer marketing aligns seamlessly with the broader brand and commercial strategy.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading the strategy for influencer and creator partnerships, ensuring best-in-class activations that drive both brand awareness and sales.
- Managing and allocating a multi-million-pound budget across key activations and ongoing influencer campaigns.
- Collaborating across brand marketing, paid and organic social teams to maximise the impact of influencer content.
- Building and nurturing relationships with agencies, talent managers, and influencers, acting as a key brand ambassador.
- Analysing campaign performance, engagement, and ROI to refine and evolve strategies.
- Staying ahead of industry trends and emerging influencer talent to keep the brand at the forefront of culture.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing within fashion, eCommerce, or a related industry.
- A creative, strategic thinker who understands both brand positioning and commercial objectives.
- Deep knowledge of paid social best practices and how to amplify influencer content.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling pitches and build long-term influencer relationships.
- Budget management experience and confidence in tracking performance metrics.
- Leadership skills, with experience in line management being a plus.
- Passionate about fashion, digital culture, and the ever-evolving influencer landscape.
Location: 4 days per week in Manchester office
