Showerdrape is an independent importer and distributor of bathroom products based in Trafford Park. We sell to high street and independent retailers as well as online via our own website and other online retail channels. Due to expansion, we are looking to recruit an Internal Sales Account Manager to take responsibility for our wholesale accounts; to nurture and grow our existing customer base.
This is an office based, full time role; hours are 9am-5pm
Salary : £38,000-£42,000 plus targeted bonus
Role and Responsibilities
- To build and nurture relationships with existing customers
- Maintain and improve sales, introduce new and existing products to key decision makers and buyers
- We have an extensive product base, so it is essential that you are able to learn different product categories with ease
- Regular contact with customers; mainly by telephone and virtual meetings but will also include occasional client visits
- Sending out presentations, brochures, samples and stock sheets to customers and following up of same to secure orders
- Primarily existing accounts, but once established, contacting customers who have not ordered from us recently to reopen accounts
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience
- Sales and account management skills in a product base environment selling to retailers/wholesalers
- A proven track record of success in B2B sales and account management essential
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with ease over the telephone and via TEAMS, ZOOM etc
- Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills are essential to create presentations with product photography
- You will be highly organised, self-motivated and have excellent self-management skills
- Full clean driving licence is essential
