Job Title: Internal Sales ExecutiveLocation: Manchester, M17 1EHContract type: Permanent, Full time Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 (DOE) + Commission As an Internal Sales Executive, you will focus on generating new business revenue and promoting additional services to existing customers. Your role involves achieving sales targets, negotiating pricing and contract terms, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include following up on opportunities to maximise conversions, gathering information to offer appropriate products, and liaising with the contracts department and depots. You will manage CRM data accurately, develop new customer prospects, generate cross-selling leads, and perform various office duties as needed. Key Responsibilities: 
  • Follow up on all opportunities to maximise conversion rates 
  • Gather core information to offer the correct products 
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms 
  • Achieve set revenue targets 
  • Liaise with the contracts department and depots to ensure customer satisfaction 
  • Accurately input and update information in CRM 
  • Develop prospective customers by exploring additional sites and opportunities 
  • Generate cross-selling leads 
  • Perform other office duties as required
