Job Summary:A leading company in the protein supplements industry is seeking a motivated Junior National Account Manager to help manage and grow its presence within convenience accounts nationwide. The ideal candidate will assist in driving sales, building relationships with convenience store chains, and supporting the execution of go-to-market strategies. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing key convenience store accounts, helping drive the sales of protein supplements across multiple locations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers, category managers, and stakeholders within convenience store chains.
  • Support the development and execution of sales strategies aimed at increasing product visibility and market share in the convenience channel.
  • Analyze market trends, sales data, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for product placement and promotions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, and logistics) to ensure seamless execution of account-specific strategies.
  • Monitor account performance, track KPIs, and report on sales trends, providing actionable insights to optimize performance.
  • Help with the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and promotional plans tailored to convenience accounts.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and account meetings to represent the company and strengthen relationships with key clients.
  • Support contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and promotional agreements to secure favorable terms for the company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
