DCS Recruitment Group are hiring for an internal Marketing Executive!
Who we are:
The DCS Group are a UK-based recruitment group. We provide human capital support by supplying both permanent and contract professionals to the Construction, Engineering, IT, Telecoms, Supply Chain and Sales & Marketing sectors.
The job role:
With 6 different business pillars as Marketing Executive, you will be integral to the delivery and management of the overall group's social media pages, feeds and website's. You will be tasked with delivering on marketing strategies, in -house events. You will thrive in a fast paced environments, working across a diverse group of individuals and support the overall success of DCS' Marketing strategies.
What are you going to get up to?
You will be responsible for the following;
- Website Management - posting blogs, articles, and highlighting job postings.
- Management of Social media - devising strategies across all LinkedIn pages to increase following and engagement.
- Creating in-house graphics/posts - through the use of Photoshop/Canva suites
- Creating campaign strategies in collaboration with recruiters, practice leads and senior management.
About you:
- 1+ year of marketing experience - recruiting will be advantageous
- Experienced with Adobe Photoshop, Canva or other software
- Experience organising in house events or attending conferences.
- Highly organised with good commercial awareness.
- Keep up to date on the latest marketing trends
- A collaborative team player.
- Willingness to travel - full driving license.
What's on offer?
Salary: 25,000 to 30,000 per year
Location: Manchester City Centre
