Marketing Executive

You will be key in integrating marketing efforts with exceptional customer service. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you will oversee our social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and TikTok. Your main responsibilities include engaging with our audience, creating and scheduling engaging content, and regularly analyzing and optimizing our digital channels. This role requires someone who is proactive, adaptable, and ready to shift focus based on the business's evolving needs.

Role Description:

  • Create and implement dynamic content strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement across all social media platforms.
  • Manage daily social media postings, ensuring content is current, relevant, and captivating.
  • Cultivate a vibrant online community by engaging with followers and promptly responding to comments and inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop unique campaigns and support various content needs, including copywriting, blog posts, and email marketing.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and leverage social listening to keep our social media practices cutting-edge and innovative.
  • Monitor social media performance, analyze key metrics, and suggest strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Handle customer service interactions on all platforms, addressing inquiries promptly and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the customer service team to ensure consistent messaging and a positive customer experience.

Key Competencies:

  • Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience in a B2C environment.
  • Demonstrated success in managing social media platforms and engaging with a diverse audience.
  • Strong copywriting abilities with a willingness to showcase this skill.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
  • Must be able to commute to our Manchester office.

Preferred (but not required) Skills:

  • Proficiency in SEO.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite).
  • Skilled in content creation using the Adobe suite.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with email marketing strategies and platforms.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh ideas.
  • Comfortable appearing on camera and creating personal video content.
