- Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, user engagement, and growth.
- Work closely with senior leadership to shape compelling campaigns that align with business objectives.
- Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid media, SEO, email, and social media to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Support the innovations team in promoting new features and updates, ensuring they reach the right audience.
- Collaborate with the events team to maximise visibility at key regional and national events.
- Conduct competitor analysis and leverage insights to refine messaging and positioning.
- Create and oversee the production of engaging content for email, social media, and the website.
- Use marketing automation tools to optimise user journeys, boost conversion rates, and drive revenue.
- Work with designers to develop impactful marketing materials and maintain fresh, engaging website content.
- Track and analyse the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, sharing insights to improve future campaigns.
- Strong understanding of core marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing email, social media, and paid media campaigns.
- Confidence with marketing automation tools (desirable but not essential).
