Producer Team Leader

£60,000 - £68,000 p/a plus package
We are looking for a passionate, motivated and highly collaborative Producer Team Leader to join the Marketing team of a Creative Agency. This is a key role reporting to the Director of Operational Marketing where you will mentor a team of Producers assisting them with their development and upskilling whilst improving processes and efficiencies. As part of the role you will proactively help the planning, road mapping and delivery of marketing projects whilst coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders, acting as a key point of contact for resolving any issues or obstacles.
The successful candidate will have:
A degree (or equivalent) within a relevant marketing subject
Experience in a similar management role where you managed marketing professionals and supported in their development
Strong understanding of marketing best practices
Ability to comfortably adapt and manage various deadlines in a fast paced environment
Excellent leadership, communication, organisation and stakeholder engagement skills
Jira and Confluence software skills
