This role offers an exciting opportunity to take ownership of strategic marketing initiatives aimed at increasing service awareness, customer engagement, and network utilisation.
As the B2C Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive consumer engagement and increase utilisation. You will leverage both digital and traditional marketing channels to craft impactful campaigns, enhance brand visibility, and foster a loyal consumer base. Your work will ensure a seamless customer journey from initial awareness to active, engaged users.
THE ROLE:
Some of your responsibilities as a B2C Marketing Manager:
- Develop and deliver a results-driven marketing strategy to increase service utilisation.
- Use data insights to identify and engage target audiences within consumer market.
- Work closely with internal teams to build and sustain a vibrant consumer community via social media, apps, and digital platforms.
- Plan and implement targeted marketing initiatives to encourage consumer sign-ups and retention.
- Creative site launches and ongoing work to ensure all existing and new sites are promoted.
- Design and implement data-driven campaigns aimed at increasing service usage, driving membership conversions, and enhancing brand preference.
- Stay ahead of consumer trends, marketing innovations, and industry developments to ensure fresh, engaging, and effective outreach efforts.
- Establish and manage strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to enhance market reach and drive engagement.
- Utilise analytics and user feedback to track performance, refine strategies, and ensure continuous marketing optimisation.
THE CANDIDATE:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in B2C marketing, preferably in the technology, utilities, or service sectors.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, community engagement, and brand storytelling.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Great analytical skills to monitor campaign performance and optimise marketing approaches.
- Experience in building and managing online communities, preferably within a mobile app environment.
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for innovation and sustainability.
