Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full marketing mix, including Paid Search, Paid and Organic Social, SEO, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, and Content Marketing.
- Lead social media strategies across multiple platforms, while exploring new platforms to boost engagement.
- Build strong relationships with customers to generate authentic User-Generated Content and collaborate with creators and influencers to amplify brand reach.
- Use data and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio to track performance and inform strategic decisions.
Role Requirements
- At least 3 years of e-commerce marketing experience, with proven success in either paid search or social media initiatives.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring small teams.
- Expertise in Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok (both paid and organic) OR a solid track record in managing Paid Search campaigns for e-commerce brands.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage analytics tools to optimise performance and ROI.
- Creative flair, with the ability to produce or direct visually impactful marketing materials.
- Passion for health, beauty, and sustainability, with a desire to contribute to a purpose-led brand.
